Induction & Employment Training

Finally, finished the 2 days of training.

The training was fun, but quite tired also. On the 1st day of training, I keep rush to up stair of my office to settle some of the system setup issue. The whole day of training, gain quite a lots of knowledge, especially for the fire safety session.

The next day, again start with busy day. Out of my expectation, the person who give the talk is Vemala, who is a funny Indian girl from Compliance Dept. I and JX come in late. Haha...Again, she asked us to dance in front as punishment (she just joking).  The session was fast, after finish, she gave me a small punch on my shoulder. Haha..

The other interesting session is pop quiz session. We were divided into 2 group, and we were to fight and try to earn more point. The last 2 questions, we were given chance to prepare the last 2 questions to ask to opponent group. The questions was damn killer question.

The business game was fun! We were asked to come out with the estimation that how many sails boats that can we produce in 5 min. Then for each sail boat sold out, we will earn RM 30k, but each of the sail boat cost RM 1k. The to buy the equipment, we need to spend RM 5k. We estimated to produce 25 of it, but at the end, we only manage to produce 19. Then come to marketing part, we need to market them to Evelyn, we come out with anything that almost impossible. The boat can protect from tsunami, maximum speed is 150km/h, warranty + guaranteed, transform into submarine. Hahaha..Evelyn bought 15 out of 19. While for the other group, Evelyn bought 10 of them. From here, we clearly can see that, we were winning.

Really appreciate such training opportunity, it make us get to know of more friends.
