PartTime

Have been long time did not update my blog. Opps..Lazy~

Have went for parttime at Capitol Hotel as assistant for interviewer together with CYuan. This is my 1st time involve in group interview. Previously we are 1 to 1 interview. Really a great experience.

Unexpectedly, met with ChooiYee and ChooiYen this 2 sisters, they also come for the part time. Really feel happy to see them again since last year.

Before we start the interviewing session, we was briefed on the questionnaire, so that we can assist the respondent if they face any problem when answering the questions. We also need to guide them to answer those questions correctly. Do not think that answering question is easy, for some respondent, they really do not understand the questions stated.

Everyone have different level of IQ, some of the respondent not even pass the SPM level, some even do not know how to add the number. Really faced some challenge there. Luckily, the interviewer come and help me. That is 1st session.

For 2nd session, a bit easier, as we have go through 1 round of the questions. Tough job at the beginning. A session which suppose to take only 1 and half hour become 2 to 3 hours, don't even have time to have our lunch properly. Our today's lunch is McD. =.= When we finish our interview session, the french fries and  fried chicken also become cold, a bit hard to put into mouth.

PS: Food is provided for this part time.

After that, our supervisor asked us to buy the dinner for all of the people. （^.^Y)
Can choose our own dinner.

Finally finish the last session, leg pain, back pain. I am old~ X(

Back home have a nice sleep and prepare for the next day.

The next day seem more relax. Not much session, we have quite a lot of time to chit chat with each other. Had great time there.
